Boomtown has set down some sets of rules for all users of our services. The rules have been created to help as large a number of people as possible with having a good experience when staying in the world of Boomtown.
On a daily basis our admins look after the servers, our staff writers keep an eye on the comments made under the articles and our Moderators take care of the Forums. These individuals are granted whatever means neccessary, to keep the peace within their areas, making sure everybodys way of acting is according to the rules laid down by Boomtown.
If you have been blocked/banned on a game server you must fill out an unban form here. If you need help from an admin while you are playing on a game server you may use the word "admin". All sentences that include this word will be seen by the admins via a special system. Abuse of this system with spam will be punished severely according to Boomtown's rules.
If you feel the need to file a complaint about an admin, writer or moderator this must be done via e-mail. Your complaint must include your full name, nickname, e-mail address and all other relevant information. Boomtown will then investigate your complaint and take relevant measures. The complaint must be sent to gameservers@boomtown.net, if it's regarding an admin or a moderator. To red@boomtown.net, if it's about a writer. Abuse of this system or false complaints will result in you being banned from Boomtown.
